About the positions

We assemble everything from small residential cabinets to larger main panels. The work involves assembly, wiring, and adaptation of electrical cabinets, as well as other varied tasks within the electrical field. We are also looking for a production manager who can take responsibility for production flow, resource management, and quality control in our production department.

Who are we looking for?

We are open to different backgrounds and experiences, and we are specifically looking for someone who:
✅ Has education and/or experience in electrical or mechanical fields.
✅ For production manager: Experience in production management and leadership is an advantage.
✅ Is accurate, structured, and passionate about the field.
✅ Thrives in collaboration and has good communication skills.
✅ Is flexible and adaptable to tasks.
✅ Speaks Norwegian or Swedish (or is learning).

Relevant candidates will receive full training, and we also consider those with a mechanical background who wish to develop in the electrical field.

We train professionals!

If you are at the beginning of your career or want to get a professional certificate as an apprentice, we offer opportunities for an apprenticeship in the electrical cabinet installer trade. We help you achieve your professional certificate, whether you come directly from high school or have experience from the workforce.
